Life is long and varied. Our interests may come and go but our values remain. I believe there are many ways in which we can care for and move our bodies. The systems that work best are those that we are personally interested and invested in.  

I do not propose fitness as a 'lifestyle' or encourage any certain image of what 'fitness' is. Health and beauty are to be defined by you. An inner sense of empowerment - that only you can give yourself. 

Although I did not grow up in what I felt was a privileged life - I am a white, cis-gendered female, and I have a life to be abundantly grateful for. Growing up, I was privy to significant financial troubles, addiction, mental illness, and plenty else to facilitate a hefty amount of awareness of the damage it can do, AND the blessings to count when they are no longer the norm or at least under control.

I am preparing to deliver a baby in March of 2018 and am doing my best to prioritize my own health, stay connected with others, and accept the constant change and uncertainty that comes with pregnancy and motherhood. These workouts will be casual, varied, and likely posted with short notice.

If you would like to work together to develop an individual workout program for you to do on your own, based on your interests and lifestyle, I offer two different approaches: 

Individual programming - 2 months 
$300 for 2 months of personalized programming. Includes:
- An initial, detailed assessment of current state (physical, time limitations around practicing/programming, personal interests and goals). I will send you a draft of your program 3-5 days later. 
- A follow up, ideally the following week, to go over your 8 week program, to cover instruction on exercises and answer any questions. 
- A meeting either midway through your program to add any progressions to your program OR a final meeting for to assess progress, congratulate you on completion, provide each other mutual feedback and a recommendation on next steps. 

Individual programming - Pay as you go
Pay per session: $100. Includes:
- An initial, detailed assessment of current state (physical, time limitations around practicing/programming, personal interests and goals)
- A month long personalized program with basic instruction on exercises.

Cancellations & Refunds

There is no charge for cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session. 
There is a $75 cancellation or reschedule fee for sessions cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the session.
If a client no-shows or does not cancel and misses a session without contacting Dallas Pilates, a session will be deducted from an existing plan or pass, or a fee of $100 will be collected if there is no existing plan or pass.

PAYMENT PLAN CANCELLATIONS:
Payment plans may be cancelled by paying a $100 cancellation fee. A 30 day notice must be provided.
